What do you feel are the biggest challenges for organisations who have a mobile workforce today?
Implementing a successful repatriation program of a returning assignee for any organization could prove to be challenging as it involves not only the physical move, but also other aspects like immigration, finding a new home, and settling into the new environment and lifestyle that may not only concern the individual but also their spouse or children and maybe even the family pet. Understanding the specific needs of each person involved and finding the right fit or solutions are of utmost importance to make a good relocation experience.
What part of your role with Crown World Mobility do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy working on logistic arrangements for my customers and seeing them settling into their new home comfortably knowing that all their personal effects are well taken care of. Every customer has a different set of needs and requirements, and listening to them and ensuring that what we do is sufficiently meeting their expectations. I take great satisfaction in overseeing the whole operation of the physical move going smoothly for my customer from start to finish.
