Introducing Trish Bailey - Mobility Advisor
Trish is an experienced Mobility Advisor within the Crown Mobility team. She is responsible for a range of ‘high volume’ short notice accounts and also manages specific projects e.g. the Fonterra graduate programme and the annual migration of ‘new’ medical staff for a range of DHB’S, as well as looking after Air New Zealand specialising in moves within the South Pacific.
After a background in General and Project Management, Trish joined Crown in her current role in 2015. She is very well travelled and as a returning kiwi (from living in the UK) she immediately drew on the empathy and understanding required to exceed her transferee’s expectations.
Trish has the experience and ability to expertly manage multiple stakeholders, including external service providers, corporate clients and end customers, while still maintaining her high level of customer service, She is well versed in both domestic and international assignment management. This has added expense management, kpi reporting, exceptions management and issue resolution to her skill set.
Recently we had the opportunity to find out a little bit more about her…
