With more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry, including multiple senior leadership roles, Kim brings extensive expertise and strong project management capabilities to her position.
As a Senior Mobility Advisor, Kim supports clients in navigating every stage of their relocation journey. Her work spans all key aspects of global mobility, including assignment and immigration management, coordination of household goods relocations, settlement support, expense management, and guidance on border and travel requirements.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and genuine commitment to customer care, Kim approaches each assignment with empathy and precision. As an expat herself, she has first‑hand insight into both the emotional and practical challenges of relocating, enabling her to provide informed, compassionate, and highly effective support to our corporate clients.

What do you feel are the biggest challenges for organisations who have a mobile workforce today?
Ensuring a mobile workforce stays connected, supported, and fully engaged – both in their new location and with their home team. It is vital to balance relocation costs with employee wellbeing, all while providing the right level of support to help employees manage the emotional and practical ups and downs of moving, ultimately enabling a successful and productive assignment.
