Gabrielle (Gabi) is an experienced Mobility Advisor who joins us from a large Singapore-based Relocation Management Company. Gabi brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the areas of assignment management and vendor co-ordination. In addition, Gabi’s background in Human Resources supports a more holistic understanding of what companies require in order to meet their new employee’s needs and provide the necessary duty of care.
In her role as Mobility Advisor, Gabi will be supporting our clients in simplifying their relocation experience, through the effective management of the relocation process. This includes but is not limited to, assignment management, immigration management, household effects relocation and related requirements, settlement support, expense management, along with navigating border restrictions and travel requirements.
Having lived abroad volunteering for humanitarian organisations and more recently relocated internationally from Singapore to New Zealand, Gabi has an intimate understanding of the many challenges that employees face when moving to a new country.
Gabi’s experience in both HR and Global Mobility mean she is very well placed to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be?
If I could, I would love to spend several years in every country on Earth. There’s just so much to experience!

What do you feel are the biggest challenges for organisations who have a mobile workforce today?
Balancing cost and employees’ well-being. With inflation and rising cost of living, companies need to manage their budget and evaluate their benefits package while ensuring that their employees are getting ample amount of support for their relocation.
