A huge thanks to Kamal, Rangi, Voasa and Wai for helping us move quickly and efficiently. They had a lot of stairs to negotiate to shift us out and this was in itself a 5 star effort. Everything of value was packed so well, it gave us great peace of mind. And unloading was all over very quickly. Thank you again.

From Robert John Lyver Apologies for the delay in reviewing for the 4th of Feb move under my Google name: Our move was from Lower Hutt to Ōmokoroa (WBOP) and the CROWN processes were superb and flawless from the first assessment thru to quote and execution. On Packing and Moving days we had a difficult apartment for access and also with possessions in several different locations in the complex. The CROWN Team of Rangi, Jax, AJ, MAA and Kamal were just top notch. All team members were so obliging while being fast and strong, nothing was a problem, the attitude, work ethic and pride in workmanship was first class. One service that was brilliant was the dismantling/packaging of Wall Art, TV/AV and furniture, we had tricky tables and storage units that no one had seen before, and it was all figured out and prepared for Transit. We have had several moves in recent years, and the CROWN team was by far the best, so highly recommended.

Jason, Luke and John were professional and thorough with a ‘can do’ attitude. I was very comfortable seeing how they wrapped and managed our household goods and loaded them into the container. I don’t have any concerns for how things will be when we unpack at the other end in a few weeks. Watching the skill of the truck reversing up the narrow driveway was inspiring as well…what a great driver and team!

Crown Relocations Tauranga Lockie, Jose, Chris, Makinic - totally awesome group. Everyone introduced themselves, asked what was important to us, asked for a tour so that they could tackle work effectively. They were so kind and thoughtful and polite. Good workers to boot.The road was closed to get here and they all had to drive 6 hours just to get here and when they did they just got stuck in. They triple checked before they left to make sure they had everything. Highly recommend these folks!

Crown Relocations Dunedin were really good at fitting a delivery in for us after our shipping container was delayed. I imagine this wasn’t easy at the busiest time of year. The team of Vimal, Guri, Liam and Jack were quick and efficient and made light work of unloading into a two storey home. Thank you to the team and Crown for making a long distance move as easy as it could be.

Pat and Kane provided excellent service during our packing for the move to Australia. They were professional, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. The process was smooth and stress-free. Highly appreciated — thank you both!

Tristan, Lockie and Jose are an exceptional team. They were professional, efficient, and helpful while inventorying and loading my belongings. I was moving from a house in Wellington to an apartment in Auckland. Kamal and Maa did a great job packing up all my stuff quickly and safely. They were friendly and checked everything properly. Two days later it was delivered in Auckland by Mike and John who were also quick and friendly workers. No damages to anything. The only thing that I would say that wasn't perfect is that I had requested a one day turn around and unfortunately it wasn't possible. Other than that, no complaints. I would use Crown relocations again.

This has been a great experience and service. Huge shout-out and recognition to the lads — Ants, Dale, Makaire, and Juliane. Really professional work; everything was packed extremely well. The extra care taken with fragile and delicate items (TVs, glassware, fishing rods), wrapping couches and mattresses, and labelling all the boxes so everything ends up in the right place exceeded my expectations. Any request I made was done without hesitation, and I really enjoyed the yarns — hopefully I wasn’t in the way too much! Merry Christmas, lads, and thanks for everything!

We recently used Crown to move my elderly mother into a third floor flat in Cambridge. We had Janiner and Dale and both were magical. Totally professional, kind and hard working. They never flinched from anything and made a difficult day remarkably easy for us. I was hugely impressed and would definitely use them again if I got the chance.

Justus and Tristan Did an outstanding job I thought they'd just throw the banana boxes with goods inside into the back of the truck and be of... But I was wrong... Everything was carefully wrapped and labeled, As destination was 2 separate places. Very courteous and respectful chaps Well done guys

We decided to relocate from Shanghai to Hamilton this September and chose Crown because of their great reputation and clear communication. I want to give a big thank-you to Dale and his team — Anthony, Makaire, Julian, Junior, and Maddy — for their careful, thorough, and efficient service. They were incredibly patient, especially since my English isn’t very strong and I often needed things repeated. Dale showed impressive driving skills getting the truck through our narrow driveway. He kept me updated on everything, including two broken glass panels from our bookcases, and documented them right away for the insurance claim. Junior was amazing — nothing seemed too heavy for him! The only small downside was that two boxes were left unpacked in a corner, but they were minor and easy for me to handle. Overall, this was a fantastic cross-border moving experience. Thanks again to the whole Crown team for their seamless door-to-door service. I’m also hopeful that the insurance claim will go smoothly with their support.

Tristan and Josh were amazing. It was a very wet day and our driveway is steep so they had a degree of difficulty but managed it seamlessly. They were friendly and efficient and so helpful. Thank you guys, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Crown again.

Super impressed by Crown. We rang them on Monday morning, they were here on Wednesday. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even as our plans changed a couple of times in the intervening day! Brandon, Jac and Josh were punctual and super-efficient. As my brother put it, "Why would you use anyone else?"

We are doing an international move which is always more complex, and Crown have done a great job. Advice on tricky items for customs has been really useful. They have been excellent at keeping in touch and responding to questions promptly. We love to share our very pleasant 2 days experience. Andy P, Jacob and Ms Stirling over 6th & 7th November packing and loading into 20 footer container. All 3 staff were excellent in people skills with us. Andy the senior leadership skills was gold standard. The very motivated hard working, Jacob & Stirling team work is commended. Another 2 much younger muscular guys adds extra punch on 7th, thus before 3pm today job completed with 5 stars. Highly recommend Crown Relocation for efficient staff force. Glenn, Jacob & Riley did a fantastic job. The took great care with packaging and loading all of our belongings. They took the stress out of packing and made such quick work of it. 10/10 !

We had the pleasure of Ashley, Justis, Tristan, Lockie and Josh here over the period 1-2 Oct to pack up our house for shipment to Perth. I have nothing but praise for their professionalism, clear communications, efficiency and patience whist doing their job. Husband wanted to cling on to more than I thought which meant taking some items out of the container after they had been nicely packaged. I cannot praise the moving team at Crowns Relocations enough. Our move was quite challenging, as we had to settle on the same day, but the entire crew was supportive, calm, and exceptionally kind, assisting my family and me in making the transition as seamless as possible. I am especially grateful to Lachlan for finding the best solution and showing such kindness during the delay in receiving our keys. I am truly thankful for everything they have done. From beginning to end the service has been wonderful. A big thanks to Pat, Riki and Del for the awesome packing and removal of our furniture. We had our furniture in storage with Crown and they delivered it to our new house a couple of months later. Everything came back in the condition we left it in. The Nelson Crown Relocations Team were absolutely amazing. They wrapped and packed everything perfectly/efficiently and took particular care not to damage the walls/door frames when removing the heavy furniture. Their very friendly but professional attitude made our move completely stress free and we were extremely impressed at the speed they were able to pack two 20ft containers. Their 'Tetris' packing skills are second to none!

I used Crown Relocations Nelson for my move from Blenheim to Auckland. The team were amazing and despite the short notice of which I needed to move, they organised everything in a timely manner. Angus was the mover who showed up on time, was friendly and polite as well as considerate of the house. He was careful with all the boxes and items and let me know what would happen next once my stuff went in the truck. Can’t say enough how great the team at Crown were. Highly recommend!

Angus, Andy, Ewan and Lachlan did an excellent job packing, loading and unloading our possessions for a move from Stoke to Motueka. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded to challenges with ease during the relocation. They also gave good advice on storage and donating unwanted items. Catherine was an excellent coordinator keeping us in the loop throughout the moving process. This is the second time we used Crown Relocations and it was a good choice.

Taine and Andy P packed up our home for shipping to the UK. They were two polite men and a pleasure to have around. They worked solidly, efficiently and quickly packing everything up. We had the pleasure of meeting Dale, Marshall, Junior, Anthony and Kelly as they packed our home for our move to Adelaide. I was really impressed with the skill, professionalism, attitude and all round effort they made while they were in our home. They were polite and chatty, while working hard to get everything sorted within the two days they were allocated. Junior, Anthony and Kelly came around (after they had completed their own relocation job) to help Dale and Marshall pack the truck. Great to see the team work happening to get our job done, so Dale and Marshall could get back to the depot on time. Absolutely 100% recommend these guys to do your relocation job.
