I had a fantastic experience with Crown Relocations sending my flat items to Australia. The service was excellent, and Ashley and Tristan, the packing staff, were incredibly quick and efficient. They ensured our items were packed securely and safely. I'm truly impressed by their professionalism and dedication. Thank you, Team Crown!

The sales person and movers were excellent, were very responsive and adaptive to changing conditions (e.g., not taking some big items that had been originally quoted, the big truck not fitting in the driveway etc.), and communicated well. The only less-than-great experience was from the central team in Auckland, who failed to provide information about the move until prompted and only called after I had to leave voicemail messages and multiple emails. The local Dunedin team were awesome, though. Thanks so much, Crown Dunedin.

Dan, John, Jason & Eddy were super efficient and absolutely helpful. What a great team you have. I felt supported and know that Crown employs professionals! You need more of them. I highly recommend CROWN as your relocation partner! Now we wait for the Aussie team to follow through!

Jimmy, Rangi, Dave & John was awesome, we couldn't be happier with how they unpacked our household belongings. Very professional & always asked where items was to be put & made sure everything we wanted unpacked & items we needed but together was done. From the moment we started dealing with Crown we have recieved first class service, our co-ordinator Janet Kirk who is based in Auckland went above & beyond she really did take alot of the stress away from us for our international move. Can't recommend Crown enough, this is the 2nd time we have used Crown & I'm so glad we did

Mike, Josh, Jac, Brandon and Lucus did a great job of packing and shifting our belongings and managing to fit them all in to the container. They loaded in the most appalling conditions - strong southerly gusts and rain. Brandon must be a Tetris champion! Many thanks!!

What a relief - stress free!. Thank you so very much, Crown Relocation Team - I would like to say their names: Claudia (office), Joss (office), Tristan (for quote), Meghan (office), Dale (packer) and shout out loud to Kelly & Anthony (packer) - you guys are legend. Especially the packers Team - gees, they worked like a machine (fast, organized and neat) but they had so much respect and sympathy. Salute. Over all, from the very first time made a phone call, asked a quote, until the end packing-up for shipping, the Crown Team was very professional, easy to work with, and understanding much - especially people like us who emotionally and physically need help to move our stuff after made a big decision to move overseas. 15 years ago we moved to NZ from UK used Crown Relocation UK and now we moved back to UK also using Crown Relocation NZ. We moved just across town last September 2023. I am an expat but have ALL of my worldly possessions here in New Zealand. My team consisted of Edward and Jay as my leads and several others who would rotate. It was a big move and about 40% of our stuff had to go into storage, so it was a bit complicated. These guys made it NOT complicated! They did an amazing job! It was seamless from the beginning to the end. I have moved all over the world and these guys rank in the top 2 moves I have ever experiences. They took the utmost care with ALL of my very expensive and ALL of my not so expensive furniture. I also want to mention Sue Graham who was my go to gal for whatever I needed. She is AMAZING! They were all fabulous and we will be using them again when we move back to the States in December of 2025! I'm hoping to all of the same people on my team next time! a HUGE thank you to all of you.....and sorry for my very, very late review!

Big shout out to Marshall, Julian and Anthony from the Hamilton Crew Really appreciate how you handled the unloading of my gear. I was really impressed. Polite, Honest and what a hardworking team they were.

My movers - Ashley and Tristan dropped off my things from Auckland. They were on fire! Unpacked everything fast as and were super organised. They were also kind, chatty and friendly. They put everything in the right place, exactly where we wanted everything and even unwrapped the couch and moved our old fridge to the garage to make room for the new one, free of charge. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend, I will definitely use Crown again in future thanks to them!

Moving is stressful Today was not a stressful day. Our fantastic move crew Rob, John and Karan were an amazing team of hard grafting packers. We have moved several times and these were the best.

Relocating can be a challenging time, but we feel incredibly lucky to have chosen Crown's services, which effectively alleviated the pressure. Kelly, Anthony, Julian, and Junior were not only efficient and professional but also great communicators. Our stuff were packed so meticulously that when we returned we couldn’t believe that such difficult task was done like a breeze. Things marked no need to move were left tidily at where they should be. The boxes were uplifted and transported securely the next day. The carpet and walls were all as clean as before they did all the work. Without hesitation, we will be recommending Crown to anyone in search of a seamless and stress-free moving experience. And a big shout out for these humble guys!

We had the most amazing team unpacking us. Rob, Pat, Riki and John R were so pleasant and helpful. Didn’t mind moving things around for me. They worked tirelessly all day. Will definitely recommend Crown Relocations.

Taine and Andy P packed up our home for shipping to the UK. They were two polite men and a pleasure to have around. They worked solidly, efficiently and quickly packing everything up. Taking special care as requested when packing my plastic models. This is the third time we have used Crown for international shipping and it’s always been a good experience. Great job guys

What a great team! Stirling, Jacob, Andy G, and Glenn packed and moved our belongings to a new house across town over two days. They were amazing -- super careful with the delicate stuff, super strong with the heavy stuff. A great group to have around and work with -- great communication and super efficient. I also had Stirling come over on day 3 for Crown's unpacking service (an extra charge but well worth it -- a great help to make a good dent in the unpacking). Thank you all for your fantastic work.

Crown Relocations sent 2 primary people to pack my home. Dave and Cam were amazing!! They were joined by Doug, Richard and Jack. They entire team was efficient, courteous and helpful. I would recommend them everytime. Thanks guys for making ut a relatively stressfree process.

The uplift team from Crown Relocations Christchurch came to my place right on time. There were Andy 1 & Andy 2, who were very polite and friendly. Andy 1 explained what needs to be done and started labeling items thoroughly while Andy 2 was loading them into a wooden container with extra care. At the end, I got a list of labelled items and signed it. That was it. All made sense. Thank you so much and I definitely want to meet them again next time. 😊

An absolutely fantastic moving company-definitely tied for first in my experience. Efficient, careful and incredibly helpful. The guys were lovely and their work was unmatched-especially considering they managed to get me moved a couple of weeks out from Christmas!!! Also very reasonable rate. 10/10 will definitely be using you guys again 🙂

Well organised, no mucking about. Ashley was a professional team leader with the crew of Jarinder, Lackie and Howie. They were polite, thoughtful, and sensitive about how I was feeling. And backing a truck down a difficult driveway? Skills!

I had a fantastic two days with the packers - Dale (absolute star - and so good with my child asking him 3 questions a minute) Quin- really enjoyed the pikelets I made - Kelly- an incredible organizer of the container - like a big Tetris - he made it look easy! Alex- the driver - efficient and eloquent!! also Riley came to make the loading of the container happen a bit quicker. What I loved about this team- they all exhibited professionalism, were personable , worked incredibly well together! I highly recommend the Hamilton team At Crown ☺️

This is the second time we used Crown, first time was from Nelson to Hamilton, both teams were just great, the best. Now from Hamilton to Palmy, I think it depends wich team you get, this time they lost some screws, they didn't seem so organized like the Nelson packing team, they wrapped some things with tape that could have been wrapped with paper first, left bed parts covering the bathroom door, they could have just left it on the floor, just the safety aspects of things, because I'm pregnant it was a bit heavy, it ended up scrapping the wall, and they left the leather cough in the sun, I did call the manager that quickly fixed that and it was wrapped. The unpacking team in Palmy was really good, just as I expected. Still, we think they are the best. The small things are easy to fix, and we definitely recommend Crown.

Rob and John R. are absolute legends. They walked us through the whole process and paid special attention to our needs and requests. Soon, the job was all done. These guys are professionals, would recommend highly!

Angus and his team are incredible. We had dealt with the Wellington for our home to be packed and shipped to Nelson. There was a very big difference in the way him and his team engaged with us and the level of professionalism they demonstrated was incomparable. They were so much more friendly, diligent and even more so with our two-year-old and one year old running around. It was on our daughter Alina's (18/12/2023) birthday, and they were kind enough to make sure the unpacking did not interrupt her day, or the kids sleep time. A great crew and service. Thank you

We had the pleasure of meeting Dale, Marshall, Junior, Anthony and Kelly as they packed our home for our move to Adelaide. I was really impressed with the skill, professionalism, attitude and all round effort they made while they were in our home. They were polite and chatty, while working hard to get everything sorted within the two days they were allocated. Junior, Anthony and Kelly came around (after they had completed their own relocation job) to help Dale and Marshall pack the truck. Great to see the team work happening to get our job done, so Dale and Marshall could get back to the depot on time. Absolutely 100% recommend these guys to do your relocation job. We would like to congratulate to the two men who delivered our house furniture into Dunedin. They were a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job in placing items where we wished them to go. Careful and considerate. Crown has been great to deal with during our entire process so wish them and their staff all the best for the future

All the Crown Staff provided excellent service, from beginning to end, with patient, personal support and great advice. Every part of the move was handled well. The service from the personnel involved, in NZ and the UK was exceptional. All the staff I met were a pleasure to deal with. Also the storage fee was very inexpensive. There were only 2 drinking glasses broken. One item was 'lost' but covered by my Crown insurance policy and my claim was dealt with within a day! Overall, the experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again, without a doubt.
