Great service, on time. Really organized.

Josh and Brandon did a great job in putting things in place for us to unpack and put away. Saved a lot of time and energy. They were really good in particular with my demanding 5 year old telling them where to put things 🤣 Great communication, care and consideration with all our belongings.

Max,Zac and Nate Whangarei did an awesome job we are impressed 👍😁

Dan and Ofa came to our house to pack our 60 odd boxes in the first day and finish the remaining 24 boxes because we still need the bed and mattress . They are very efficient and organised .We stronly recommend them and the company

The team at Crown shifted us from Wellington to Auckland with great service. Nothing was damaged, extra care was taken with our highly sentimental items, the pack, uplift and delivery all went seamlessly. It is very easy to settle into a new home when Crown are shifting you.

These folks were amazing! A totally great experience with the crew from Crown from go to woah. Kamal, Ma'a, Ricky and Voasa slogged away, made furniture fit around corners and up stairs - wherever possible. We had SO MUCH stuff to shift. The team were all so friendly, positive, can-do and funny (Rick! 🙂 ) Altogether a fabulous, happy and successful relocation from California to New Zealand. Thanks so much!! Highly recommend.

Kane was an outstanding supervisor during the packing, transport, and removal of our household contents from Palmerston North to Napier. He was highly professional throughout the entire process and had an excellent manner, making what could have been a stressful move feel seamless and well managed. John R provided excellent support and was equally professional. I would highly recommend them both and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Moving can be overwhelming but the team at Crown Relocations were amazing from enquiry to move day. Theresa managed the quote stage well, patiently updating the quote when I realised I had missed a number of furniture items off the initial list! The price and service was surprisingly affordable and reasonable. Rachel was the move day coordinator and touched base immediately after the quote was accepted to let me know the next steps, and that she was available to answer any questions at any time and would contact me the week prior to the move, then the morning before to confirm the time. I was phoned at 11am the morning before move day by Geraldine on behalf of Rachel as promised and told a 20m3 truck was coming with two movers to arrive between 8.30am to 9.30am (they had to travel from Hamilton to Hauraki Plains). On move day, Julian and Riley were there by 8am ready to go! They were efficient, professional, patient and most importantly worked well together - they checked in with me and kept me informed through the moving process. They took time to package and protect the big furniture items and had the truck packed up by noon to travel to Hamilton. Having stairs to navigate at the new home and a couple of heavy pieces to carry in, moving of my furniture was managed with extreme care. Nothing was damaged or broken. They were finished by dusk at 5pm. The move was seamless and stress free with Julian and Riley managing it. Jo then followed up on Monday as to how Crown Relocation’s service and experience was. I couldn’t fault it! It was top notch from start to finish and I would absolutely use Crown Relocations again and recommend them to others. A big thank you to the Crown Relocations team who supported our move.

Had our house emptied out by Kamal, Maa and Wai. They were polite and friendly, and they were incredibly efficient. My wife and I had been up until 3 the precious day packing things into boxes, so we had very little energy, but the movers understood and had the entire 2 bedroom house emptied out in less than 2 hours. Will definitely use crown again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Couldn't recommend Stirling and Jayden from Crown Relocations highly enough! They packed up our whole house in just two days and were absolutely awesome from start to finish. They were friendly, easy to get along with, worked incredibly hard, and got everything done so quickly without ever making us feel rushed. They were also really accommodating and took great care with all our belongings. Moving is stressful, but these two made the whole experience so much easier. Thanks so much, Stirling and Jayden – you guys are legends!

Amazing service from the team. Our items made it undamaged from Nelson to Australia. We were so impressed with how well everything was packaged! Communication in general with Crown was also excellent. So quick to reply to us and made everything so stressfree before move day. They were spot on with the estimated arrival time of our container to Australia, too!
