John, Leigh and Jin were super helpful and friendly when they came to pack!! Had a great experience with them, they were attentive and efficient; had some lovely conversation too. Lindi and Sarah were also lovely and communicative on the admin end. This is my first time using Crown - wonderful experience, it will be my go to if I ever need similar services. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this service! The team was super professional friendly and polite. They packed our belongings very carefully and carried them without damaging our walls (which is hard given that some of the passage ways are tight). MANY THANKS Sukh and Wai for the top notch work!

The Nelson Crown Relocations Team were absolutely amazing. They wrapped and packed everything perfectly/efficiently and took particular care not to damage the walls/door frames when removing the heavy furniture. Their very friendly but professional attitude made our move completely stress free and we were extremely impressed at the speed they were able to pack two 20ft containers. Their 'Tetris' packing skills are second to none!

We have just had the amazing team of Tristan & Justis pack our house. They were very efficient, friendly and made the experience stress free. Their Playlist was great and our dog loved the pats!.

Nate, Jason and Caleb were respectful, efficient and friendly. They introduce themselves, shook my hand and got the job done immediately. They made sure all of my things are well packed and made sure I’m informed with anything that needed dismantling and packed in a certain way. Awesome job lads. Highly recommend Crown and these lads.

Shane, Jacob, and Andy P were a very professional team and made the whole experience stress free. Shane was a very good leader and delegater and gave me every confidence that the process would run smoothly and was an excellent packer of the house contents and the truck. Jacob was a very efficient and diligent worker and fast packer. Andy P was a very excellent driver maneuvering the truck up and around the tight driveway and assisting Shane with loading the truck. Very friendly group of movers. As per usual great at greeting and introductions. So important. Obvious range of experience within the group. One mover was fairly new and at times it was noticeable re care and attention with my household pieces. He was mostly working with 'Rob' who gave gentle guiding words and showed the Crown way of handling items. Was very grateful they put my bed together, thanks John and Weni. Very professional. Happy with the service. Fourth time using Crown.

Ethan, Lucas and Caleb did an incredible job of sorting and packing things up with extra care, ready for shipment to Australia. They were polite, helpful and extremely hard working. Explained everything in detail. Things progressed much quicker than expected so I was extremely happy. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone wanting to move.

Extraordinary, and I’d prefer to give 10 stars rather than just 5 for the exceptional team of Crown Relocations Hamilton. The team Junior, Dale, Maddie and Louis showed up precisely on time; Dale driving the truck down our narrow driveway expertly and precisely. Junior reviewed details of the move clearly and they quickly got to work. The Crown Team gave a great sense of working together and working with me for unloading, unwrapping, carefully getting furniture to where we need it, and cleaning up extra wrappings, blankets all brilliantly. Junior and Dale moved a special desktop upstairs which was tremendous. All the team contributed and in less than 2 hours had job done and all in beautiful order. I chose Crown because I had read very good reviews of service and helping assemble furniture. This team did that brilliantly, and went the extra courtesy of assembling an antique China cabinet, each person helping with Louis particularly solving some of the construction particulars; Maddie sorting how to reassemble doors; Junior and Dale working on the sides. Junior and Maddie helped complete the process of sorting furniture placement which was very much needed and super appreciated. Definitely and enthusiastically I recommend Crown Relocations Hamilton. Auckland delivery team are one of the best, so friendly, they are patient, they ask questions and listen to every request I made. This is our third time using crown, and they don't disappoint. They assembled all the big furniture, and I love that they take all the bigger packaging away straight away; it makes it so much easier and faster for us, specially with 4 kids; having the packing option is so worth it.

Great experience with the Tauranga Crown Relocations team. They were friendly and efficient from quote right through to the truck load. Our packers Jusns & Tristan were great to deal with, very respectful, and did an amazing job with a large house lot - still can’t believe they got it all in the truck. Would highly recommend. Just the best team here in Palmerston North, they are so tidy and organized, from the moment of getting a quote, to the final packing team, so friendly, always showing professionalism. I used Crown Relocations Nelson for my move from Blenheim to Auckland. The team were amazing and despite the short notice of which I needed to move, they organised everything in a timely manner. We moved from Dunedin to Palmerston North. The Dunedin team were absolutely amazing in giving constant an effective communication throughout the process. Our items were efficiently and quickly labeled and packed into the moving truck, even our TV was boxed up as well as the bed frame and mattress wrapped in protective plastic. We couldn't have asked for a better service from Crown Relocations. We would 100% recommend anyone who is moving to use Crown Relocations.

Excellent service, Pat & his team are very friendly, quick & efficient! The lads were very accommodating & nothing was too much hassle. They had a mission to pack & make custom crates to accommodate some of our rather heavy, large & odd shaped items, excellent quick & efficient service. We were very impressed with the way that Jimmy & Sukm delivered our goods to our apartment. They turned up on time and quickly began unloading our boxes. The guys were very careful and took time to arrange the right things in the right rooms. We had a couple of challenging items but the team never complained and just got on with it. Angus, Andy, Ewan and Lachlan did an excellent job packing, loading and unloading our possessions for a move from Stoke to Motueka. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded to challenges with ease during the relocation. They also gave good advice on storage and donating unwanted items. Catherine was an excellent coordinator keeping us in the loop throughout the moving process. This is the second time we used Crown Relocations and it was a good choice.

Taine and Andy P packed up our home for shipping to the UK. They were two polite men and a pleasure to have around. They worked solidly, efficiently and quickly packing everything up. We had the pleasure of meeting Dale, Marshall, Junior, Anthony and Kelly as they packed our home for our move to Adelaide. I was really impressed with the skill, professionalism, attitude and all round effort they made while they were in our home. They were polite and chatty, while working hard to get everything sorted within the two days they were allocated. Junior, Anthony and Kelly came around (after they had completed their own relocation job) to help Dale and Marshall pack the truck. Great to see the team work happening to get our job done, so Dale and Marshall could get back to the depot on time. Absolutely 100% recommend these guys to do your relocation job.
