Konstantin and Tai did a great job when packing our belongings. They took the time to wrap and pack everything with care as well as making sure we knew what was going in which box. I couldn't be happier with how the guys did and would gladly recommend them to anyone doing the same kind of move we did!

All our interactions with Crown Relocations were handled in a professional manner. All staff interacted with helpful, professional. Both teams of packers and delivery were great-- sorry packing team i dont have your names. The delivery team Nate, Matt and Victor worked well as a team. Special mention to my personal contact person -Sue-- always helpful and professional. We had all art work specially and well worth it. Our furniture went into storage and arrived in good condition after being held for us for approx 6 months. All in all quite satisfied with both the service and interaction with Crown Relications.

Bevan, Prageeth & Victor were brilliant, really lovely people and incredibly efficient. I’m very grateful that they made the stressful process of relocation so easy. Also thanks to Charné & Tracey in the Crown office who helped me so much.

These folks were amazing! A totally great experience with the crew from Crown from go to woah. Kamal, Ma'a, Ricky and Voasa slogged away, made furniture fit around corners and up stairs - wherever possible. We had SO MUCH stuff to shift. The team were all so friendly, positive, can-do and funny (Rick! 🙂 ) Altogether a fabulous, happy and successful relocation from California to New Zealand. Thanks so much!! Highly recommend.

We moved from Auckland to Sydney and Crown provided excellent service. There were a number of large and unusually shaped items which were professionally packaged for transport. Ofa, Victor and Danz were packing for 3 days and were very efficient, helpful and polite.

We had Rob, Prageeth and Luke come through to package our stuff. Great communication, careful with all our stuff and would happily use crown again. From the quote to collection date everything went smoothly. Now to await our stuff on the other end.

Kane was an outstanding supervisor during the packing, transport, and removal of our household contents from Palmerston North to Napier. He was highly professional throughout the entire process and had an excellent manner, making what could have been a stressful move feel seamless and well managed. John R provided excellent support and was equally professional. I would highly recommend them both and would not hesitate to use this company again.

I was very impressed with Jatinder Singh, he worked with care and efficiency. He treated our special items like they were his own. Friendly and helpful, no question was too much.

Moving can be overwhelming but the team at Crown Relocations were amazing from enquiry to move day. Theresa managed the quote stage well, patiently updating the quote when I realised I had missed a number of furniture items off the initial list! The price and service was surprisingly affordable and reasonable. Rachel was the move day coordinator and touched base immediately after the quote was accepted to let me know the next steps, and that she was available to answer any questions at any time and would contact me the week prior to the move, then the morning before to confirm the time. I was phoned at 11am the morning before move day by Geraldine on behalf of Rachel as promised and told a 20m3 truck was coming with two movers to arrive between 8.30am to 9.30am (they had to travel from Hamilton to Hauraki Plains). On move day, Julian and Riley were there by 8am ready to go! They were efficient, professional, patient and most importantly worked well together - they checked in with me and kept me informed through the moving process. They took time to package and protect the big furniture items and had the truck packed up by noon to travel to Hamilton. Having stairs to navigate at the new home and a couple of heavy pieces to carry in, moving of my furniture was managed with extreme care. Nothing was damaged or broken. They were finished by dusk at 5pm. The move was seamless and stress free with Julian and Riley managing it. Jo then followed up on Monday as to how Crown Relocation’s service and experience was. I couldn’t fault it! It was top notch from start to finish and I would absolutely use Crown Relocations again and recommend them to others. A big thank you to the Crown Relocations team who supported our move.

Had our house emptied out by Kamal, Maa and Wai. They were polite and friendly, and they were incredibly efficient. My wife and I had been up until 3 the precious day packing things into boxes, so we had very little energy, but the movers understood and had the entire 2 bedroom house emptied out in less than 2 hours. Will definitely use crown again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Couldn't recommend Stirling and Jayden from Crown Relocations highly enough! They packed up our whole house in just two days and were absolutely awesome from start to finish. They were friendly, easy to get along with, worked incredibly hard, and got everything done so quickly without ever making us feel rushed. They were also really accommodating and took great care with all our belongings. Moving is stressful, but these two made the whole experience so much easier. Thanks so much, Stirling and Jayden – you guys are legends!

Ashley was amazing; she worked tirelessly all day on her own. She was efficient, politely, informative and followed our instructions to the letter. She has the ability to take on administrative duties with more responsibility. She is a gem. All the other movers were very good —Lockie and the move manager. Well done Crown!

Very pleased with the service provided by Crown Relocations. They are genuine professionals. Like the packers, the unpacking crew of Reily, Marshall and Kellz, junr turned up on time, worked very hard to unload the container in the quickest time and we're a friendly bunch of guys

Jamaine, Jacob & Andy were absolutely fantastic! They were all extremely professional and polite and did an incredible job of packing up our house for a relocation from Christchurch to Auckland. Would definately recommend Crown and use them again.

Crown Relocations Dunedin has been excellent. Giupi, Mike and Josh were amazing throughout the delivery process. Giupi even worked alone for a while and still managed to move heaps — truly impressive. Their teamwork, professionalism and positive attitude made everything smooth and stress‑free. Amazing service from the team. Our items made it undamaged from Nelson to Australia. We were so impressed with how well everything was packaged! Communication in general with Crown was also excellent. So quick to reply to us and made everything so stressfree before move day. They were spot on with the estimated arrival time of our container to Australia, too!
