The best crew to get help from when you’re moving, especially overseas! ✈️📦🌏 If you have no idea where to start when planning an overseas move, I highly recommend giving them a call. They’ll help you understand the process and give you an idea of what you need to organise. All we had to do was sort things out before they arrived, and they took care of everything else — packing every single item properly, carefully, and professionally. Two crew members, John and Jay, came in the morning and packed all the big items. Then Rob, Matt and Sasha joined us in the afternoon to help sort through the garage and all the remaining items, and load everything into the large container. From the very beginning, when Peter came to our house to assess everything and provide a quote, right through to moving day, the whole process was quick, smooth and incredibly professional. Thank you so much, team! 🥹We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you! Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!

Kelly and Marshall just packed and shifted the contents from my house for the move to Dunedin. They did a thorough pack, treated my belongings with care, were greater communicators and completely professional.

A friendly, professional and awesome team for a big move with 2 trucks, and a month storage before delivery. Nothing was a problem, and they were not only approachable but really good people. It took two days of packing which would otherwise be a completely impossible job to do on my own, and as I have been unpacking at this end they have collected the empty boxes and packaging. I highly recommend this company and the team including Kamal, Maa & JP (also a lovely Māori lady who helped packing, and any others whose names I have forgotten). Crown was not cheap, and the cost was a little intimidating, but knowing the vetting of packers, professional and friendly people and the can-do attitude, they were more than worth it. I felt completely safe that my belongings (and a fair bit of junk I am discovering) was carefully treated, transported, stored and delivered. Had the pleasure of having Jon, Riki, Stacey and Ken move us into our new home recently, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better bunch! These guys were absolute legends...professional, friendly, respectful and bloody good at what they do. They also provided plenty of laughs along the way, which made what can be a pretty stressful few days a whole lot easier! Really appreciate everything you’ve done for us over the last few days team. You looked after our gear, got stuck in and made the whole move pretty much hassle-free. So thanks heaps fellas - top job and a good bunch of people! We had a large move across the country and dealing with two different regions it was great to see the consistency of great service through the company. To the Tauranga team (Justis, Tristan and Ashley) thank you, not everyday you could say you had fun moving. You did a great job packing, so much so that hubby thinks you played a practical joke on him by double wrapping plastic tupperware. Thanks for the laugh. And to the Wellington team (sorry I didnt catch your names) but thank you for the quick offload and taking care of our possessions.

A really positive experience with the Crown Relocations delivery team in Mount Maunganui. They were professional, efficient and very careful with all of my belongings, as well as being genuinely lovely to deal with. I was also really impressed that they came back to collect all the empty boxes and packing materials afterwards — a bonus I wasn’t expecting, and such a nice surprise not to have to dispose of everything myself. A friendly, hardworking and professional team. I’d happily recommend them.

The Moving Experience Auckland Team: The packing crew was extremely professional and handled all my belongings with meticulous care. These guys worked incredibly hard, moved my entire house efficiently, and even went out of their way to help me with a big work table for my son. True to my word, they thoroughly earned this 5-star review! Box Return: A great bonus feature is that they will come back to pick up your empty boxes once you're unpacked. Administration & Booking While the booking and payment process had room for improvement, everything got sorted out in the end without any major issues. I wish there was better communication from the Auckland coordinator. The operational team on the ground made this move seamless. Highly recommended!

Josh and Brandon did a great job in putting things in place for us to unpack and put away. Saved a lot of time and energy. They were really good in particular with my demanding 5 year old telling them where to put things 🤣 Great communication, care and consideration with all our belongings.

Amazing service from the team. Our items made it undamaged from Nelson to Australia. We were so impressed with how well everything was packaged! Communication in general with Crown was also excellent. So quick to reply to us and made everything so stressfree before move day.
