I would like to express my deepest gratitude first and foremost to Ofa and Leigh! It is truly rare to meet individuals who are so hardworking and genuinely dedicated to going the extra mile for their customers. I was initially incredibly anxious about moving because I had a massive mountain of belongings to pack. However, Ofa and Leigh completely turned my worry into absolute peace of mind. Here is why their service was outstanding: * Meticulous Care: They treated every single item with the utmost care, ensuring everything was packed perfectly and never handled roughly. * Amazing Attitude: Despite the overwhelming volume of stuff and the difficulty of the task, they remained exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and remarkably efficient throughout the entire grueling process. * True Professionalism: Their dedication and high level of professionalism were simply amazing to witness. Even though the service wasn't cheap, it was worth every single penny. In addition, I want to say a huge thank you to the loading team who assisted us at the final stage. Everyone was incredibly nice, fast, and showed exceptional teamwork—something that is truly rare to see nowadays. I will without a doubt choose this company again in the future, and I can only hope I'll be lucky enough to run into amazing gentlemen like Ofa, Leigh, and the loading team again!

Very pleased with the service provided by Crown Relocations. They are genuine professionals. Like the packers, the unpacking crew of Reily, Marshall and Kellz, junr turned up on time, worked very hard to unload the container in the quickest time and we're a friendly bunch of guys

I have had the best experience with this company. They have made everything easy from the Walk-through and quote with Debbie , To the Move manager Megan , To moving day. I chose the self packing option and packed my own things. My container will be here in a day or two which suits me beautifully. My moving team was Julian and Junior and I cannot thank them enough. They Were very reassuring When I was stressed, made everything look easy, and were supremely helpful in carrying a couple of heavy things down the stairs for me Personally. Would I use them again? Without a doubt. Highly recommended. Moving house is never easy, but this has been the best experience so far.

Justis and team were professional and friendly throughout, from initial introductions until completion and farewells. They worked considerately, methodically, diligently, and with care to get the house contents loaded. Just one minor issue: several sticky label backings were left behind.

We moved from Ohaupo to Matamata a few weeks ago. Kelly & Alf were our lovely movers 🙂 The experience was seamless, they arrived right on time, were courteous, respectful and professional. The team of Rangi, Rick and JP from the Wellington team are true legends the arrived when they said they would, discussed the goods being removed. They then were a really synchronized team, getting on with the job with care and attention. Them bam 2 days hard work on their part all done and dusted. Crown Relocations Dunedin has been excellent. Giupi, Mike and Josh were amazing throughout the delivery process. Crown Ōtepoti office was responsible for the delivery of our relocation goods from Tāmaki Makaurau and also helped us to move our furniture from our previous place in Ōtepoti. The organization and delivery was excellent so was Michael who worked around our time constraints and always accommodated our requests. Amazing service from the team. Our items made it undamaged from Nelson to Australia. We were so impressed with how well everything was packaged! Communication in general with Crown was also excellent. So quick to reply to us and made everything so stressfree before move day. They were spot on with the estimated arrival time of our container to Australia, too!
