The packing crew consisting of Jarmaine, Campbell, Andy and Shane did a great job and always referred to us if there was query. They took care with all of the packing and were very friendly and efficient. Thanks well done!

We moved from Taumarunui to Waihi. We had the biggest truck in their fleet ! Julian and Junior were the best, most hard working and obliging workers we could have asked for. Nothing was too much trouble and they cared for our possessions as if they were their own. I am sure they enjoyed the history lesson as well ! If there were more stars I would award it ! The office staff were great with communication and keeping us informed. Many thanks.

LEGENDARY SERVICE from Rob & John R. from your Palmerston North branch. They arrived right on schedule. We're just so outgoing, friendly & helpful right from the get go. They both immediately put us at ease, on what for us, was an apprehensive time. To us, our property had a challenging access for big vehicles. It was no problem for your very careful & skilled fellows. Rob & John worked nonstop until the job was completed. All items were treated with great care. Thank you to Justis, Ashley, Tristan, Hamish and the Hamilton Crew. Amazing to watch how fast and efficient the team packing our houselot and then stacking into the container. Our driveway is about 25m and the driver made the reversing look like childs play with only cm space on each side to spare, between a wooden fence, a hedge and a cherry blossom overhanging tree. First time using crown relocation- awesome company to deal with. On time, looked after my furniture, good price and good communication all the way! Thank you Nate and Matt for representing the company with such professionalism and giving me peace of mind I’ve picked the right company for the job!

Our move went smoothly from a very difficult location. Sterling was absolutely fabulous and her 2 helpers equally great. Moving in 1 May Day of storm Shane was great ensured everything ran smoothly on a dreadful weather day. His helpers also great. I would give Crown 10 out of 10 from start to finish. A huge thanks to the team with a special mention for Sterling.

It took me a year to write this review but here we go. My partner and I moved from Auckland to Melbourne (kind of a cliché at this point) and it was so straightforward. Jay, John, Prageeth and Nate packed all our possessions in just over a day, they were all so nice and chill and played music. The paperwork process including organising insurance is also very low effort. We’ve moved 4 times in 10 years and it was our international move that I did not stress about because these guys handled it. Over in Melbourne, their partner Grace made our delivery and two very lovely guys helped us unpack and took away all the boxes and packaging. Communication with the office teams was also fantastic. I know who is moving me next.

At first, we had a scenario from the manager with payment. After few attempts everything went well. The team who arrived to pack our belongings were extremely courteous, communicated openly, and packed our belongings extremely well. We appreciate Ashley's excellent communication skills and thorough explanations of everything. Thank you to the rest of the team, Tristan Lockie, Dale, Anthony, and Mikaire. You guys did a fantastic job.

Date: 12th April Time: 9am Time & Arrival: They arrive very early before the agreed time which is good and cruisy. Parking: They parked very carefully. The parking here is very difficult and uphill, but they manage to get the van up and be careful on the fence and garage. Pick-up: They are very organized on labeling every stuff that needs to be picked-up. They listed it down and ask it clearly which ones that they need to put in the storage. I observed them on how they handle stuff and they covered stuff with blankets and thick soft sheet so that the golf clubs and bike are protected. Communication: Polite, respectful and clear. Awesome work and we are satisfied with the service provided by Rob and Dec. Thank you for all your help Drop-off: After the things are picked-up from Whanganui, our stuff was successfully dropped into the storage lockers in time. Thank you crown movers, definitely recommended.

We had an awesome crew of Rob, John & Riki who carried out our furniture removal from our house of 19 years to our newly built home in Feilding. They turned up on time and powered through the removal and were very happy to accommodate us with the placing of furniture (as I may have changed my mind a couple of times). They were all smiley & very polite & hard workers. Andy & I would highly recommend this team for any furniture removal you are planning. Thank you again guys you were awesome making a stressful day easy & fun.

Crown have been excellent to deal with for relocating our items from Whangarei and delivered to Dunedin. Michael at the Dunedin branch was really great to deal with. Communication was excellent and he kept us well informed regarding delivery of our items and arranging a suitable time. Our items were handled with care and everything arrived in the same condition they had been collected. The delivery and unloading of the items was done by Leyton and Josef who did a great job and were very friendly, professional and accommodating in placement of the items. Would highly recommend Crown.

Our unload team in Whakatane was Ashley and Tristan, they turned up perfectly on time and both were super friendly and professional. Unloading was seamless and timely and made sure the belongings were handled with the upmost of care. Pleasure to see people enjoy there job and it reflected in their behavior. Highly recommended for any move.

We just relocated from Wellington, NZ to Brisbane, Australia. Fantastic service provided by Crown. Their communication was flawless and online portal made it easy. Big thanks to Nigel and Joss, and the friendly movers that packed our house (Wellington based). On the Australia end, it gets transferred to Grace movers. Also good service provided by them. We did have damage to two items and made an insurance claim (we used Crown insurance) and it was a very easy, smooth process and the full amount was paid out within 3 weeks. We had friends move at the same time through a cheaper competitor and we received our shipment a month earlier then they did, and they ended up having to pay an extra couple thousand dollars due to being underquoted. I think you pay for what you get!

The Nelson Crown packing Team were amazing. They wrapped and packed everything thoroughly & efficiently. They were friendly, professional, clean and tidy & made the whole experience stress free. One less thing to worry about when you are moving overseas. I would definitely recommend Crown Nelson.

We've had an outstanding experience with Crown Auckland. Our first experience was a website enquiry which was promptly followed up with a phone call and an appointment for a Crown representative (Peter) to call in for a detailed quote. Peter was very helpful and answered all our questions like "how does this all work and what do we have to do?" Peter explained all the options we had for packing, transport and storage. After we accepted Crown's very reasonable quote, we were then assigned a Move Manager - Charne. Charne was very helpful and easy to deal with. When the big Moving Day arrived, Nate and Jason arrived with a truck and container (as we are having our stuff put in storage until we find a new house). They explained the process to us and then got stuck into compiling an inventory list, packing, wrapping and loading. They both came back the next day for container number 2 and carried on. Both Nate and Jason were easy to deal with, professional, respectful of our property, helpful and solid hard workers. Their packing skills were very efficient. I would recommend Crown Relocations to anyone requiring a professional, informative service at a very reasonable price.

Crown Removals are the best!!! Having an enormous house to move it has taken 4 days and two container loads to get us on our way to our new home. We’ve had the “dream team” here. Kamal, Rangi, Ricky and Sukh have been absolutely amazing!! They have been cheerful, respectful, careful and caring . You couldn’t have asked for nicer people to help you move. Their packing skills and truck loading are incredible. At all times the whole Crown team have been incredible communicators. We couldn’t recommend them enough! Now to the unloading!! So far we are very happy with the experience with Crown, from quotation (Peter), office (Lindi) and last two days, the packing crews are amazing too (Bevan, Leigh, Luke and Danz). The Nelson Crown Relocations Team were absolutely amazing. They wrapped and packed everything perfectly/efficiently and took particular care not to damage the walls/door frames when removing the heavy furniture. Their very friendly but professional attitude made our move completely stress free and we were extremely impressed at the speed they were able to pack two 20ft containers. Their 'Tetris' packing skills are second to none!

Very friendly group of movers. As per usual great at greeting and introductions. So important. Obvious range of experience within the group. One mover was fairly new and at times it was noticeable re care and attention with my household pieces. He was mostly working with 'Rob' who gave gentle guiding words and showed the Crown way of handling items. Was very grateful they put my bed together, thanks John and Weni. Very professional. Happy with the service. Fourth time using Crown.

Ethan, Lucas and Caleb did an incredible job of sorting and packing things up with extra care, ready for shipment to Australia. They were polite, helpful and extremely hard working. Explained everything in detail. Things progressed much quicker than expected so I was extremely happy. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone wanting to move.

Great experience with the Tauranga Crown Relocations team. They were friendly and efficient from quote right through to the truck load. Our packers Jusns & Tristan were great to deal with, very respectful, and did an amazing job with a large house lot - still can’t believe they got it all in the truck. Would highly recommend. Just the best team here in Palmerston North, they are so tidy and organized, from the moment of getting a quote, to the final packing team, so friendly, always showing professionalism. The first day they packed and second day it was the lift off, I was surprised of how quickly they did it. This is our third time using crown I recommend them every time.

I used Crown Relocations Nelson for my move from Blenheim to Auckland. The team were amazing and despite the short notice of which I needed to move, they organised everything in a timely manner. Angus was the mover who showed up on time, was friendly and polite as well as considerate of the house. Excellent service, Pat & his team are very friendly, quick & efficient! The lads were very accommodating & nothing was too much hassle. They had a mission to pack & make custom crates to accommodate some of our rather heavy, large & odd shaped items, excellent quick & efficient service. I would highly recommend Crown for an international relocation.

Angus, Andy, Ewan and Lachlan did an excellent job packing, loading and unloading our possessions for a move from Stoke to Motueka. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded to challenges with ease during the relocation. They also gave good advice on storage and donating unwanted items. Catherine was an excellent coordinator keeping us in the loop throughout the moving process. This is the second time we used Crown Relocations and it was a good choice.

Taine and Andy P packed up our home for shipping to the UK. They were two polite men and a pleasure to have around. They worked solidly, efficiently and quickly packing everything up. Taking special care as requested when packing my plastic models. This is the third time we have used Crown for international shipping and it’s always been a good experience. Great job guys

We had the pleasure of meeting Dale, Marshall, Junior, Anthony and Kelly as they packed our home for our move to Adelaide. I was really impressed with the skill, professionalism, attitude and all round effort they made while they were in our home. They were polite and chatty, while working hard to get everything sorted within the two days they were allocated. Junior, Anthony and Kelly came around (after they had completed their own relocation job) to help Dale and Marshall pack the truck. Great to see the team work happening to get our job done, so Dale and Marshall could get back to the depot on time. Absolutely 100% recommend these guys to do your relocation job.
