This has been a great experience and service. Huge shout-out and recognition to the lads — Ants, Dale, Makaire, and Juliane. Really professional work; everything was packed extremely well. The extra care taken with fragile and delicate items (TVs, glassware, fishing rods), wrapping couches and mattresses, and labelling all the boxes so everything ends up in the right place exceeded my expectations. Any request I made was done without hesitation, and I really enjoyed the yarns — hopefully I wasn’t in the way too much! Merry Christmas, lads, and thanks for everything!

We recently had the team from Crown Relocations Auckland help us pack our personal items for shipping to the Gold Coast, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Five stars. Crowne Movers Wellington were excellent. The two guys who handled my move took great care with everything, from packing and boxing to loading. I only needed to point out what was going and they handled the rest. It was one of the smoothest moving experiences I’ve had, internationally or domestically, across NZ, the US, and elsewhere. So appreciative of Rangi, Maa, Wai and JP who packed and uplifted for us recently. Absolutely crushed it. They were fast, efficient, and really good at what they do, while remaining super chilled. Today Vimal and Josh unpacked our gear carefully and efficiently. It was hot work, some heavy items and steps! But they did a great job. I’d definitely use Crown again, we have had a positive experience with both the loading and unloading of our goods. Thanks!!

We recently used Crown to move my elderly mother into a third floor flat in Cambridge. We had Janiner and Dale and both were magical. Totally professional, kind and hard working. They never flinched from anything and made a difficult day remarkably easy for us. I was hugely impressed and would definitely use them again if I got the chance.

We recently used Crown to shift my mother from the Bay of Islands to Cambridge. Max, Adam, Zac and Nate were punctual, polite, incredibly helpful and no task was too small. I was hugely impressed with their professionalism and their easy going nature. They put my elderly mother’s mind at ease and worked extremely hard. I’d be delighted to use them again. In fact they’d be my first choice by some distance.

Justus and Tristan Did an outstanding job I thought they'd just throw the banana boxes with goods inside into the back of the truck and be of... But I was wrong... Everything was carefully wrapped and labeled, As destination was 2 separate places. Very courteous and respectful chaps Well done guys

Excellent team - Kamal, Wai and Maa. It was a slog going from a suburban home with easy flat access to a city apartment, but they did it! I was exhausted watching them! 🥰

We decided to relocate from Shanghai to Hamilton this September and chose Crown because of their great reputation and clear communication. I want to give a big thank-you to Dale and his team — Anthony, Makaire, Julian, Junior, and Maddy — for their careful, thorough, and efficient service. They were incredibly patient, especially since my English isn’t very strong and I often needed things repeated. Dale showed impressive driving skills getting the truck through our narrow driveway. He kept me updated on everything, including two broken glass panels from our bookcases, and documented them right away for the insurance claim. Junior was amazing — nothing seemed too heavy for him! The only small downside was that two boxes were left unpacked in a corner, but they were minor and easy for me to handle. Overall, this was a fantastic cross-border moving experience. Thanks again to the whole Crown team for their seamless door-to-door service. I’m also hopeful that the insurance claim will go smoothly with their support.

Tristan and Josh were amazing. It was a very wet day and our driveway is steep so they had a degree of difficulty but managed it seamlessly. They were friendly and efficient and so helpful. Thank you guys, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Crown again.

Super impressed by Crown. We rang them on Monday morning, they were here on Wednesday. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even as our plans changed a couple of times in the intervening day! Brandon, Jac and Josh were punctual and super-efficient. As my brother put it, "Why would you use anyone else?"

Big thanks to the Wellington crew — Kamal, Maa and Wai — for our final delivery. They arrived on time, worked quickly and carefully, and treated our home and furniture with real care. Heavy items were placed exactly where we wanted and all packing was taken away. Friendly, professional, great communicators. Five stars — would happily use Crown again.

We are doing an international move which is always more complex, and Crown have done a great job. Advice on tricky items for customs has been really useful. They have been excellent at keeping in touch and responding to questions promptly. We love to share our very pleasant 2 days experience. Andy P, Jacob and Ms Stirling over 6th & 7th November packing and loading into 20 footer container. All 3 staff were excellent in people skills with us. Andy the senior leadership skills was gold standard. The very motivated hard working, Jacob & Stirling team work is commended. Another 2 much younger muscular guys adds extra punch on 7th, thus before 3pm today job completed with 5 stars. Highly recommend Crown Relocation for efficient staff force. We had a great experience with Crown who organised to ship our household goods from the USA to New Zealand without a hitch. Thanks to Debbie and Sue for sorting out all the logistics. JP, Ricky and Rangi were great on the day of delivery, top guys and super friendly and professional. Navigating a difficult delivery location with multiple flights of stairs and obstacles in an efficient and impressive manner. We had the pleasure of Ashley, Justis, Tristan, Lockie and Josh here over the period 1-2 Oct to pack up our house for shipment to Perth. I have nothing but praise for their professionalism, clear communications, efficiency and patience whist doing their job. I cannot praise the moving team at Crowns Relocations enough. Our move was quite challenging, as we had to settle on the same day, but the entire crew was supportive, calm, and exceptionally kind, assisting my family and me in making the transition as seamless as possible. I am especially grateful to Lachlan for finding the best solution and showing such kindness during the delay in receiving our keys. I am truly thankful for everything they have done. From beginning to end the service has been wonderful. A big thanks to Pat, Riki and Del for the awesome packing and removal of our furniture. We had our furniture in storage with Crown and they delivered it to our new house a couple of months later. Everything came back in the condition we left it in. The delivery team this time was Ricki, Jon and Kane and they were so efficient and careful. Thanks guys, you clearly enjoy your job and are great ambassadors for Crown. Well done!

I cannot thank your team enough for the fabulous delivery and off load of our huge house move. Catherine watered our garden plants whilst they were in storage for 6 weeks. The team of Glen, Campbell, Jayden and Riley were outstanding and professional. The way they treated my furniture was so respectful. To say I wasn't impressed with Crown packing is an understatement. We gave feedback to the Crown Hamilton Project Manager regarding damage and overall  performance and areas for improvement. No phone call back, just an email saying thanks. We used Crown to move our items by rail from Hamilton to Bulls. Cost just over $13K. Numerous items were damaged or broken. First day packing, a worker dropped and smashed a bottle of red wine over our lounge carpet. A cleanup team was organized quickly. Regarding packing. Nothing made sense in the way it was packed. Boxes were handwritten with rooms we didn't have, e.g., study and office. When you opened a box, there could be anything in it irrespective of what it was marked. This made unpacking difficult, as we had to look through all boxes to find bed legs, etc, and other priority items. Took 3 days to find the medication we required. Oh, there was a priority box, but alot of priority items weren't in it. Items were unnecessarily damaged because of not being packed properly. 2 Standard lamps, drawers, leather couch, outdoor large pots. Some plastic items were double wrapped in bubble wrap, while some valuable items just had paper wrapping on them. Why would you put a valuable concrete fountain bowl inside an outdoor terracotta pot. Unfortunately, it was stuck in there!🙈 On our final walk through we found a valuable gold necklace laying on the floor of the walkin wardrobe and clothes downstairs. My final impression of Crown Hamilton was chasing the truck down the street yelling for it to stop as we had found a mirror still hanging on the wall🤷‍♀️ The Palmerston North unpacking crew were fantastic. Fast and skilled. As soon as they found items damaged or broken they let us know immediately. A great crew and they helped us look thru boxes trying to find missing priority items. Overall, our experience was just ok. BTW, no offer has yet to date been received from Crown to replace the expensive bottle of wine dropped.

The Nelson Crown packing Team were amazing. They wrapped and packed everything thoroughly & efficiently. They were friendly, professional, clean and tidy & made the whole experience stress free. One less thing to worry about when you are moving overseas. I would definitely recommend Crown Nelson.

The Nelson Crown Relocations Team were absolutely amazing. They wrapped and packed everything perfectly/efficiently and took particular care not to damage the walls/door frames when removing the heavy furniture. Their very friendly but professional attitude made our move completely stress free and we were extremely impressed at the speed they were able to pack two 20ft containers. Their 'Tetris' packing skills are second to none!

I used Crown Relocations Nelson for my move from Blenheim to Auckland. The team were amazing and despite the short notice of which I needed to move, they organised everything in a timely manner. Angus was the mover who showed up on time, was friendly and polite as well as considerate of the house. He was careful with all the boxes and items and let me know what would happen next once my stuff went in the truck. Can’t say enough how great the team at Crown were. Highly recommend!

Angus, Andy, Ewan and Lachlan did an excellent job packing, loading and unloading our possessions for a move from Stoke to Motueka. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded to challenges with ease during the relocation. They also gave good advice on storage and donating unwanted items. Catherine was an excellent coordinator keeping us in the loop throughout the moving process. This is the second time we used Crown Relocations and it was a good choice.
