We had a great experience with Justis from crown relocations. He was professional, timely and efficient. He double and sometimes triple wrapped our belongings to ensure safety. Would recommend this company to anyone making a big move

We used Crown with our move from Wellington to Dunedin, excellent service! Janet and the team were very professional, kind, supportive, accommodating and understanding, this alleviated a lot of the stress with our move. I was very impressed with the logistical planning and attention to detail regarding our move/relocation to Dunedin. Janet and the team were also excellent at trouble shooting any issues that would arise. I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend using Crown to anyone who is needing support around relocating.

Guri came and spent the first day meticulously packing and organising all of the items to shift. Very well packed and incredibly pleasant to deal with. Day 2 Guri finished all inventory and then Brandon and Guri loaded the truck extremely efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with including the kids and pets!

Ashley, Hamish and Justis deserve more than 5 stars for the service they provided us today. efficient and quietly got on with the job even tho the weather was a bit on the rough side. Well done team. recommend you any time. cheers JP

We used Crown to pack our house - put half into storage and the other half in a container to the USA. They were fantastic. The team leader Kamal was particularly good - terrific comms, a lovely calm manner and nothing was a problem. The Palmy team came on the second day of the move and were very pleasant to deal with - even though the access to our place is terrible. Highly recommended. MOD Seatoun

Crown moved me to NZ in 2014 & they moved me again in 2025. Great service and fabulous people, from the moment I called to the moment my house was left empty. Big thanks to everyone involved - particularly Hamish, Tristan & Ashley who did the hard mahi of packing all my stuff expertly.

From beginning to end the service has been wonderful. A big thanks to Pat, Riki and Del for the awesome packing and removal of our furniture. We had our furniture in storage with Crown and they delivered it to our new house a couple of months later. Everything came back in the condition we left it in. The delivery team this time was Ricki, Jon and Kane and they were so efficient and careful. Thanks guys, you clearly enjoy your job and are great ambassadors for Crown. Well done!

I had to move unexpectedly during some truly horrible weather, and I was really worried the original plan would fall apart because of the storm. But the team showed up right on time and quickly put my mind at ease. After finishing the paperwork and confirming the items that needed to be packed, they got straight to work. Konstantin, Tai, and Jason were absolutely amazing! They worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and showed great teamwork. Everything was packed with care and precision. I felt so sorry watching them get soaked in the rain, and my piano was incredibly heavy—but they just smiled and told me not to worry. Their positive attitude and professionalism made all the difference. I’m beyond grateful for their help and highly recommend Crown Relocation!

I cannot thank your team enough for the fabulous delivery and off load of our huge house move. Catherine watered our garden plants whilst they were in storage for 6 weeks. The team of Glen, Campbell, Jayden and Riley were outstanding and professional. The way they treated my furniture was so respectful. Many thanks for making what could have been a stressful time smooth and easy. I highly recommend Crown for your next move.

To say I wasn't impressed with Crown packing is an understatement. We gave feedback to the Crown Hamilton Project Manager regarding damage and overall  performance and areas for improvement. No phone call back, just an email saying thanks. We used Crown to move our items by rail from Hamilton to Bulls. Cost just over $13K. Numerous items were damaged or broken. First day packing, a worker dropped and smashed a bottle of red wine over our lounge carpet. A cleanup team was organized quickly. Regarding packing. Nothing made sense in the way it was packed. Boxes were handwritten with rooms we didn't have, e.g., study and office. When you opened a box, there could be anything in it irrespective of what it was marked. This made unpacking difficult, as we had to look through all boxes to find bed legs, etc, and other priority items. Took 3 days to find the medication we required. Oh, there was a priority box, but alot of priority items weren't in it. Items were unnecessarily damaged because of not being packed properly. 2 Standard lamps, drawers, leather couch, outdoor large pots. Some plastic items were double wrapped in bubble wrap, while some valuable items just had paper wrapping on them. Why would you put a valuable concrete fountain bowl inside an outdoor terracotta pot. Unfortunately, it was stuck in there! On our final walk through we found a valuable gold necklace laying on the floor of the walkin wardrobe and clothes downstairs. My final impression of Crown Hamilton was chasing the truck down the street yelling for it to stop as we had found a mirror still hanging on the wall The Palmerston North unpacking crew were fantastic. Fast and skilled. As soon as they found items damaged or broken they let us know immediately. A great crew and they helped us look thru boxes trying to find missing priority items. Overall, our experience was just ok. BTW, no offer has yet to date been received from Crown to replace the expensive bottle of wine dropped.

Crown were excellent! Rangi and JP did an amazing job of packing everything up carefully and getting our stuff sorted into boxes extremely quickly. The whole job was rapid, and they were both friendly and professional throughout, even offering advice on extra stuff to ship to fill up remaining space. Would highly recommend. No notes!

Thank you to Justis, Ashley, Tristan, Hamish and the Hamilton Crew. Amazing to watch how fast and efficient the team packing our houselot and then stacking into the container. Our driveway is about 25m and the driver made the reversing look like childs play with only cm space on each side to spare, between a wooden fence, a hedge and a cherry blossom overhanging tree. First time using crown relocation- awesome company to deal with. On time, looked after my furniture, good price and good communication all the way! Thank you Nate and Matt for representing the company with such professionalism and giving me peace of mind I’ve picked the right company for the job!

Our move went smoothly from a very difficult location. Sterling was absolutely fabulous and her 2 helpers equally great. Moving in 1 May Day of storm Shane was great ensured everything ran smoothly on a dreadful weather day. His helpers also great. I would give Crown 10 out of 10 from start to finish. A huge thanks to the team with a special mention for Sterling.

It took me a year to write this review but here we go. My partner and I moved from Auckland to Melbourne (kind of a cliché at this point) and it was so straightforward. Jay, John, Prageeth and Nate packed all our possessions in just over a day, they were all so nice and chill and played music. The paperwork process including organising insurance is also very low effort. We’ve moved 4 times in 10 years and it was our international move that I did not stress about because these guys handled it. Over in Melbourne, their partner Grace made our delivery and two very lovely guys helped us unpack and took away all the boxes and packaging. Communication with the office teams was also fantastic. I know who is moving me next.

Crown have been excellent to deal with for relocating our items from Whangarei and delivered to Dunedin. Michael at the Dunedin branch was really great to deal with. Communication was excellent and he kept us well informed regarding delivery of our items and arranging a suitable time. Our items were handled with care and everything arrived in the same condition they had been collected. The delivery and unloading of the items was done by Leyton and Josef who did a great job and were very friendly, professional and accommodating in placement of the items. Would highly recommend Crown.

The Nelson Crown packing Team were amazing. They wrapped and packed everything thoroughly & efficiently. They were friendly, professional, clean and tidy & made the whole experience stress free. One less thing to worry about when you are moving overseas. I would definitely recommend Crown Nelson.

Crown Removals are the best!!! Having an enormous house to move it has taken 4 days and two container loads to get us on our way to our new home. We’ve had the “dream team” here. Kamal, Rangi, Ricky and Sukh have been absolutely amazing!! They have been cheerful, respectful, careful and caring . You couldn’t have asked for nicer people to help you move. Their packing skills and truck loading are incredible. At all times the whole Crown team have been incredible communicators. We couldn’t recommend them enough! Now to the unloading!! The Nelson Crown Relocations Team were absolutely amazing. They wrapped and packed everything perfectly/efficiently and took particular care not to damage the walls/door frames when removing the heavy furniture. Their very friendly but professional attitude made our move completely stress free and we were extremely impressed at the speed they were able to pack two 20ft containers. Their 'Tetris' packing skills are second to none!

Ethan, Lucas and Caleb did an incredible job of sorting and packing things up with extra care, ready for shipment to Australia. They were polite, helpful and extremely hard working. Explained everything in detail. Things progressed much quicker than expected so I was extremely happy. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone wanting to move.

I used Crown Relocations Nelson for my move from Blenheim to Auckland. The team were amazing and despite the short notice of which I needed to move, they organised everything in a timely manner. Angus was the mover who showed up on time, was friendly and polite as well as considerate of the house. He was careful with all the boxes and items and let me know what would happen next once my stuff went in the truck. Can’t say enough how great the team at Crown were. Highly recommend!

Angus, Andy, Ewan and Lachlan did an excellent job packing, loading and unloading our possessions for a move from Stoke to Motueka. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded to challenges with ease during the relocation. They also gave good advice on storage and donating unwanted items. Catherine was an excellent coordinator keeping us in the loop throughout the moving process. This is the second time we used Crown Relocations and it was a good choice.

Taine and Andy P packed up our home for shipping to the UK. They were two polite men and a pleasure to have around. They worked solidly, efficiently and quickly packing everything up. Taking special care as requested when packing my plastic models. This is the third time we have used Crown for international shipping and it’s always been a good experience. Great job guys

I had a fantastic two days with the packers - Dale (absolute star - and so good with my child asking him 3 questions a minute) Quin- really enjoyed the pikelets I made - Kelly- an incredible organizer of the container - like a big Tetris - he made it look easy! Alex- the driver - efficient and eloquent!! also Riley came to make the loading of the container happen a bit quicker. What I loved about this team- they all exhibited professionalism, were personable , worked incredibly well together! I highly recommend the Hamilton team At Crown

We had the pleasure of meeting Dale, Marshall, Junior, Anthony and Kelly as they packed our home for our move to Adelaide. I was really impressed with the skill, professionalism, attitude and all round effort they made while they were in our home. They were polite and chatty, while working hard to get everything sorted within the two days they were allocated. Junior, Anthony and Kelly came around (after they had completed their own relocation job) to help Dale and Marshall pack the truck. Great to see the team work happening to get our job done, so Dale and Marshall could get back to the depot on time. Absolutely 100% recommend these guys to do your relocation job.
