Introducing Nikki Smith — Destination Services Specialist
Nikki is our Destination Services Specialist within the Crown Mobility team. Nikki specialises in ensuring all destination services run smoothly, efficiently and is very proactive in achieving this.
Nikki is a meticulous and an integral support to the World Mobility Team.
Having lived in South Africa, the United Kingdom and New Zealand, Nikki knows how important it to be resourceful, focused and organized throughout the relocation process, and as importantly settling into the new location. Nikki demonstrates these positive traits and is dedicated in every area of assistance provided.
If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be?
Anywhere where there is clean air and clean water..oh wait, I already live in New Zealand!

What do you feel are the biggest challenges for organisations who have a mobile workforce today?
Company Policies that are not flexible enough to accommodate additional family requirements.
What part of your role with Crown World Mobility do you enjoy the most?
Assisting people from all cultures and walks of life during their assignment or move. Understanding their circumstances and needs, and then being able to find the right resources for them to ensure that the whole relocation process is of minimal stress.
