Kim joined Crown and her talent was quickly recognised, resulting in a promotion to the role of Mobility Advisor and more recently Mobility Services Manager.
With over 25 years in the travel industry, in senior positions, Kim brings a vast amount of experience and project management skills to the role.
As Mobility Services Manager, Kim is responsible for the World Mobility team’s supply chain management and coordinating the delivery of relocation, immigration and settling in services. Kim also employs, trains and manages a New Zealand based team of 18 Crown relocation and immigration consultants.
Kim is naturally meticulous and has a very caring approach to customer care. In addition, she is an expat herself, meaning she has an in-depth understanding of not only the emotional, but practical elements of mobility, empowering her to provide the highest level of support to our corporate clients.

What is your daily mantra, or inspirational quote?
Life is like a camera – focus on what is important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives and should things not work out – take another shot!

Ensuring the mobile workforce is supported amidst the current environment of talent scarcity and global skill gaps.
