Crown NZ are celebrating a double win! Our Customer Services team are ranked number one in the Crown Worldwide ratings, having been the top performing service delivery team in September, with seven of our consultants ranked in the top ten internationally.
Once again Crown Corporate account manager Janet Kirk has excelled securing second spot in the global corporate performance rankings, making this the second time since July where her outstanding individual performance has seen her place highly in the worldwide rankings.
Janet secured her placing on the back of an outstanding average score made up of a combination of Overall Service Satisfaction, Account Management and Return Rate Achieved.
Likewise our seven high performing Customer Service Consultants were rated on the same criteria and dominated the rankings, with Debbie Mansell achieving the number one spot.
This success is a reflection of client feedback and is testament to the dedication, passion and care that our people put into their work, whether they are managing international relocations, or domestic New Zealand moves.
