Your Belongings Matter
If you need short or long term storage during your journey, Crown has customs bonded and MPI approved facilities at all branches in New Zealand. We store in custom built ‘kiln dried’ storage modules designed for safety and easy access. Our Australian service partners provide exactly the same standard across all major Australian locations. Once packing begins your personal effects are catalogued digitally with bar coding labels applied using our customised E-Packing solution. Any pre existing conditions are noted, photographed and signed off. For packing special items and heirlooms we can offer i-Foam, ‘moulding’ foam cartons and air pillow packaging,(i-Bubble) for added protection.
When you arrive in Australia we will use service partners to complete tasks and deliver services on our behalf. Crown’s service partners are selected after a thorough vetting process, then pro-actively managed by our in-house risk team. A key focus is to ensure all partners are compliant with Crown’s data protection requirements. All Crown’s approved partners subscribe to our Code of Conduct, those who don’t meet the standards are suspended from the supply chain.
